Taylor Momsen On the ‘Gossip Girl’ set Smoking

I’ve said it before , Taylor Momsen of Gossip Girl isn’t your average 16 year old. As you can see her she openly smokes and got a boob job(as you can see). I’m sure there are NYC cops assigned to the set but they seem to ignore the fact that you must be 18 in NYC to smoke.

Taylor Momsen hasn't had a boob job. Doctors won't perform breast implant surgery on someone unless they're at least eighteen years old. She just uses a push-up bra. Myself, I don't even see a difference between how her breasts look now and how they looked two years ago, so even if a doctor would do the operation, I'd still have a hard time believing she'd had one.

I don't think she's wearing a push-up, or any bra in these.
Also, she clearly has not had a boob job. She never needed it. Just look at the pics of her when Gossip Girl started when she was 14. From the looks of things the Titty Fairy visited her at about the age of 12 or 13 and blessed her dearly.

In NYC, I think its 18 to buy cigarettes, but you can smoke them at any age. If you walk past any high school when the kids get dismissed, there's always teenagers smoking outside.
