Miley Cyrus at the 18th Annual “Celebrate Life with Hope” event in Los Angeles

I’m a fan of Miley Cyrus, hell at 16 she’s done damn good for herself.  Why she’s wearing hooker boots at a charity event where all the other celebrities wore casual clothing, I have no idea.  I still think she rocks though.
