Mackenzie Rosman is just too hot

Little Ruthie Camden on The WB’s long-running 7th Heaven has grown up quite nicely. Mackenzie Rosman is now a sexy 19 year old. We haven’t seen her much since the show ended in 2007, but we’ll get another look at her in the upcoming Fading of the Cries [2010].
